The "Overseas Training Program Service" is a service that provides training in construction-related work and specialized terminology to foreign trainees who are scheduled to travel to Japan, at a training center located in the Philippines. Based on the training content, a curriculum of 1 to 4 weeks is organized, and the training is conducted using tools, materials, and construction methods that are actually used in Japan. For trainees who have no knowledge of Japanese construction, we provide instruction on the basics of work from scratch after their entry into the country, thereby reducing the burden on the accepting companies.
